Past Performance
What our people have actually delivered on federal mission systems — documented, specific, and stated the way a contracting officer expects to read it.
Two Different Things, Kept Separate
Federal capability statements distinguish between contracts a company held and the documented history of the individuals who will do the work. We keep that line clearly drawn, because blurring it is a credibility problem the first time anyone diligences it.
Contracts TallHouse Held
TallHouse Government Solutions LLC was founded in May 2024. We are actively building corporate past performance through subcontract, teaming, and staff-augmentation work. We do not claim contracts we did not hold.
What Our People Have Done
The engagement documented below is our CEO's direct, individual experience serving as key personnel on a federal contract — not a TallHouse corporate award. It is the technical depth we bring to your task order.
U.S. Army — Information Assurance Support Services
Engagement Profile
Situation
An Army mission system required sustained authorization support under a performance-based Information Assurance services contract. The system carried a backlog of open Plans of Action & Milestones, and its security control baseline predated the current NIST revision — both of which sit directly in the path of maintaining a clean authorization posture.
Approach
Served as key personnel executing the Risk Management Framework lifecycle end to end — RMF Steps 1 through 7 — and assembling the Authorization to Operate package for the mission system.
- • RMF Steps 1–7 Execution
- • ATO Package Assembly
- • POA&M Remediation & Tracking
- • Security Control Baseline Migration
Results
Contract number and prime contractor are intentionally omitted from public materials, as TallHouse was not the awardee. Full details and references are available on request under a teaming or subcontract discussion.
What This Buys Your Task Order
POA&M Burn-Down
A documented record of closing out a real backlog of open findings — not a theoretical familiarity with the process.
Rev 4 → Rev 5 Migration
Hands-on experience moving a live system's control baseline to NIST SP 800-53 Revision 5 while keeping it authorized.
Full-Lifecycle ATO Support
Steps 1 through 7, including package assembly — the unglamorous documentation work that actually gets systems authorized.
