Woltron Cyber Academy Student & User Agreement

Last updated: September 11, 2026

1. What Woltron Cyber Academy Is

Woltron Cyber Academy ("Woltron," "the Academy," "the Program") is a cybersecurity and IT workforce-training program offered as a service of TallHouse Government Solutions LLC ("TallHouse," "we," "us," "our"), an SDVOSB headquartered in Fredericksburg, Virginia. By enrolling in, accessing, or using any part of the Academy — including its curriculum, self-check quizzes, live-environment labs, or cohort sessions — you ("you," "the user," "the student") acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Woltron Cyber Academy is NOT an accredited college, university, or degree-granting educational institution. It is not licensed, approved, or accredited by any state higher-education authority, the U.S. Department of Education, or any regional or national accrediting body.

2. No Degree, Diploma, or Academic Credit

Completion of any Woltron course, module, or program track does not confer a degree, diploma, academic credit, or any credential recognized or transferable by an accredited college or university. Any certificate of completion issued by Woltron reflects participation and self-assessed performance in a TallHouse training program only, and carries no independent academic or legal standing.

3. No Guarantee of Certification, Clearance, or Employment

Course content may reference third-party industry certification domains (for example, CompTIA Security+ or (ISC)² CISSP) solely to help align self-check quiz questions with recognized bodies of knowledge. Woltron does not administer, proctor, or guarantee passage of any third-party certification exam, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those certifying bodies. Completing the Academy does not guarantee:

  • Passage of any external certification exam;
  • A federal security clearance, suitability determination, or Facility Security Clearance eligibility;
  • Employment, a contract role, or a job offer with TallHouse, its teaming partners, or any other employer.

4. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Enrollment is open to individuals 18 years of age or older.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information when enrolling and to promptly update it if it changes.
  • Cohorts are scheduled on a recurring cadence (currently Wednesdays & Saturdays, 10:00 AM–12:30 PM EST) and may have limited seats.
  • TallHouse reserves the right to accept, decline, suspend, or remove any enrollee at its discretion, including for violations of this Agreement or the Code of Conduct in Section 7.
  • Current program fees, cohort sponsorship/group-billing terms, and cancellation or rescheduling policy are provided at the time of enrollment; contact us via the Contact page for current pricing and terms before enrolling.

5. Program Content & Intellectual Property

All curriculum, lecture materials, self-check quiz questions and explanations, lab guides, and other instructional content made available through the Academy are the proprietary property of TallHouse Government Solutions LLC (or its licensors) and are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use as an enrolled participant. You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, or share Academy materials outside your cohort without TallHouse's prior written permission.

6. Live-Environment Lab Acceptable Use

Several Academy tracks use a live-environment teaching model in which students provision and secure real cloud tenants (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS) or build Zero Trust architectures against a fictional client scenario. By participating in any lab, you agree to:

  • Use lab environments and credentials only for assigned coursework, within the scope, time window, and systems designated by your instructor;
  • Never use skills, tools, or access gained in a lab against any system, network, or account you do not own or have explicit written authorization to test;
  • Immediately report any unintended access, data exposure, or security issue encountered in a lab to your instructor;
  • Understand that lab environments are isolated training instances and are not TallHouse production systems or any government or client system.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with instructors and fellow students, free of harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct;
  • Complete self-check quizzes and lab assessments honestly and independently, without sharing answer keys in a way that undermines assessment integrity for other students;
  • Refrain from any activity that disrupts a cohort session or the Academy's systems.

Violations may result in removal from a cohort or program without refund, at TallHouse's discretion.

8. Communications

By enrolling, you consent to be contacted by TallHouse regarding your enrollment, coursework, schedule changes, and program updates. TallHouse may also share information about other TallHouse services, Woltron cohorts, or potential subcontract/staffing opportunities with enrolled or prospective students; you may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Academy, its curriculum, quizzes, and lab environments are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TallHouse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in, or inability to access, the Academy, including but not limited to lost income, missed employment opportunities, or lab environment downtime.

10. Changes to the Program or This Agreement

TallHouse may update Academy curriculum, scheduling, features, or this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued participation in the Academy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

12. Questions

Questions about this Agreement, enrollment, or current program terms can be directed to TallHouse Government Solutions LLC via the Contact page.
