Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026
This policy explains what information TallHouse Government Solutions LLC ("TallHouse," "we," "us") collects when you visit tallhouseconsulting.com, how we use it, and who else it touches. We keep the site deliberately lightweight: there are no user accounts and no sale of personal information. We do use one advertising product — Google Ads remarketing — and only if you switch it on; see Section 3.
1. Information You Give Us Directly
The only place this site asks for personal information is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your organization (optional)
- The service you selected as your area of interest
- The content of your message
We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and to carry on the business conversation you started — subcontracting, teaming, staff augmentation, Woltron Cyber Academy enrollment, or a general question. We do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.
2. Information Collected Automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, what device and browser they use, and how they move through the site. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device and processes your IP address (truncated for anonymization). This data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
This only happens if you allow it. Analytics is off by default. Our tags are delivered by Google Tag Manager, and the Tag Manager container itself is not downloaded until you allow Analytics or Marketing in the banner. If you later withdraw consent we signal Google to stop, using Google Consent Mode. See Section 3.
Our web host also maintains standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested file, user agent) as a normal part of operating and securing a website.
4. Third Parties That Receive Data
We keep this list short on purpose. In the ordinary operation of this site, data may be processed by:
- Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions and relays them to our company inbox.
- Google Tag Manager — delivers our Google tags. The container is not loaded unless you allow Analytics or Marketing.
- Google Analytics — usage analytics, as described above. Receives nothing unless you have allowed Analytics cookies.
- Google Ads — remarketing audiences and ad measurement. Receives nothing unless you have allowed Marketing cookies.
- Google Fonts — the site's typefaces load from Google's font servers, which means your browser makes a request to Google that includes your IP address.
- Hostinger — our web hosting provider, which stores the site files and server logs.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone.
5. How Long We Keep It
Contact form submissions are retained in our business email for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and to maintain a record of business correspondence. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics. If you would like your inquiry and associated correspondence deleted, contact us and we will do so, except where we are required to retain it.
6. Your Choices
- Don't want analytics? Leave Analytics cookies off — or turn them back off — in , reachable from every page footer. You can also use the opt-out add-on linked above, or block cookies in your browser.
- Want a copy of, correction to, or deletion of information you sent us? Email us and we'll take care of it.
- Don't want to submit anything at all? Every page of this site is fully readable without providing any information.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and all traffic is redirected to an encrypted connection. Information you send through the contact form travels encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please don't send classified, controlled unclassified (CUI), or otherwise sensitive material through the website contact form — contact us first and we'll arrange an appropriate channel.
8. Children's Privacy
This site is intended for business and professional audiences. Woltron Cyber Academy enrollment is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we change what we collect or who processes it, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
10. Contact Us
Questions about this policy, or about information you've submitted, can be sent to info@tallhouseconsulting.com or through our Contact page.
